While another winter snow falls in the form of a clipper system a road crew with heavy equipment began work in West Easton.
Their job: Remove the mounds of snow from corners and other areas along the snow routes that is restricting traffic, or causing a hazard by obstructing a driver’s view of traffic approaching from either side. Continue reading

As Winter Storm Pax finally leaves the area, West Easton residents continue to dig themselves out, but not only has the accumulated snow this year put a strain on everyone’s back, it’s undoubtedly putting a strain on our borough budget.

I had been promised a ride in a snowplow by Tom Nodoline in order to take some pictures around town but, as is usual, I was left waiting without a courtesy call telling me he found another rider and he wouldn’t be stopping by.
