Controversial former Gilberton, PA Police Chief Mark Kessler cut a deal with his former employers, as it was reported in the mainstream news.
For those of you with a memory as short as my own, “Chief” Mark Kessler made a Youtube video that went viral and caught the attention of not only the elected officials of Gilberton, but national news outlets, as well.
