Alright, maybe it isn’t this big.

West Easton will be bringing in heavy equipment tomorrow, Saturday, February 15th, to deal with the mounds of snow and ice that have accumulated this winter.

For that reason the snow emergency has been extended to 3:00 on Saturday afternoon. Do not park any vehicles along the snow emergency routes, as these will be the first streets to have the mounds of snow removed.

The heavy equipment will begin with the areas and corners along the snow emergency routes that are in most need of clearing.

It is hoped that time will be afforded to move inward from the snow emergency routes once those are done.

Anyone with cars parked within 20′ of the street corners should find alternate parking or be very aware of what is occurring outside, so that your vehicle can be moved without delay.

This is an opportunity for West Easton residents to get rid of some mounds of snow that is making parking and navigation difficult.

Our cooperation helps ensure that the heavy equipment being brought in won’t be delayed or hampered in performing the job they were hired for.
