Councilman Tom Nodoline was denied on his appeal to the Pennsylvania Office of Open Records in which he sought, among other items, a 2016 budget status report.

What amazes me the most about his request and his appeal, is that it revolves around a subject that one would believe he wouldn’t want revisited. That being, his involvement with computers and other information that walked out the door in 2016.

Kind of like a guy who empties the bank vault overnight and then walks in the next morning demanding they find his money.

The bill from our Borough Solicitor, to answer his appeal, will be forthcoming.
