West Easton Council members finalized advertising and associated fees to businesses that want to promote themselves by means of our website and newsletter. Announcements from residents is also acceptable.

Advertising revenue will help pay for the costs of newsletter mailings and website costs that are incurred by the borough. If extra money is generated beyond those costs, that money would likely be used to pay for other technology costs of the borough, including computer support, software, and hardware that may be required.

Those doing business, or living in West Easton, will have priority over those from outside the borough. The businesses operating within the borough must have a business license from the borough that allows them to conduct business.

The only exception to the license requirement would be for those who want to place a non-business announcement within the newsletter, or on the website, such as upcoming events, or “In Memory of” types of postings that will be available to residents.

The cost of advertising is dependent upon the size of the ad and the media chosen. Those who wish to advertise must provide their own images in .JPG, JPEG, .PNG, .BMP, or .GIF format.

With regard to website advertising, a clickable link to the advertiser’s own website can be included. The link url desired by the advertiser must direct the visitor to their own website landing page.

Costs are as follows:
