West Easton is at a standstill.
There hasn’t been a council meeting in West Easton since August 13th. The meeting on September 14th couldn’t be held because the only council members who showed up were Tom Nodoline and Dan DePaul.
It was the same tonight. Also missing was the temp clerk who would have taken minutes of the meeting.
Mayor Gross stated he has never experienced an entire month to go without a council meeting and said a letter will be sent to the missing council members notifying them of the next council meeting on October 12th.
“If we fail to hold the next meeting I’ll have to check with our solicitor to see what can be done,” Gross said.
