Today is Black Friday and when you have family, including grandchildren that expect Christmas presents, there is nothing better than using your computer to take advantage of Amazon’s Black Friday Deals.
With 26 days until Christmas it doesn’t even matter that I canceled my 30-Days of Free Amazon Prime Trial 
The Prime 2-day free shipping came in handy for some items I wanted quickly and had put off. Those being the small purchases that didn’t reach the minimum required for free shipping, if I wasn’t a Prime member.
Now, with the small stuff completed, my larger purchases over the next two weeks will all qualify for free shipping and I can save on the mailing costs by having the gifts sent directly to where my family members live, instead of me using the Post Office.
Best of all, I don’t have to deal with those who are storming the stores today, looking to grab some discounted and discontinued item, of which there is probably only one or two in stock.
So, for those of you who like this cold weather, traveling to multiple stores in the valley, and lugging around packages, best of luck to you.
I’ll stick with buying online during the next couple of weeks.
