Tomorrow, the three new ordinances I developed will be advertised. They will be voted on at the February Council meeting.
I put in many days researching ordinances enacted by other communities in Pennsylvania. I also read Court decisions on drones, to come up with ordinances the Borough has been needing.
I call them the “Three Amigos” because they will be a friend to any resident who may have to suffer a neighbor, or visitor being an ass.
As everyone knows, I’m a big believer in government transparency. So, rather than residents needing to take a trip to Borough Hall to view the ordinances, I’m posting links to them, below.
