With the impending release of security footage that will show how computers left Borough Hall, with a few improperly disposed of, I believe the public should be aware of how such equipment and data is supposed to be legally handled.
There is a reason this Act was instituted. To prevent exactly what occurred in our own Borough. Not surprisingly, the requirement is that disposition of records is supposed to come before the entire Council.
