Tricia Mezzacappa’s embarrassment at being proven wrong publicly, when calling my Honorable Discharge into question, apparently hasn’t slowed down her attempts to impugn my character.

Her latest foray delved into the world of “alternate facts” regarding an email she received. She went so far as to copy Northampton DA John Morganelli, our West Easton solicitor, and her own attorney, when she sent our Borough Manager yet another false accusation.

Mezzacappa accused me of sending a spam email to her that contained malware. It was the Constable Mezzacappa version of, “The Bowling Green Massacre.”

As it turns out the email she received was legitimate and contained no malware. It was sent to her at the request of another Constable.

Something she would have discovered for herself if she bothered to call the phone number provided by the sender. Making that call was easy for Borough Manager Joan Heebner who spoke directly with the person who sent the email.

But for Mezzacappa it was so much easier to start sending out letters making another false accusation without getting the facts, or even understanding how email IP’s are assigned by RCN when an email is delivered through their system. Mezzacappa wasted the time of our already busy Borough Manager, our Borough Solicitor, and the DA, because she is on some misguided hate campaign and personal vendetta.

It was also easy for Mezzacappa to contact the Pennsylvania State Police and waste their resources, who she claims were ready to arrest me, but she asked not to. This I find hard to believe (especially the latter), but I will be checking further with the Belfast Barracks to find out who the Trooper was that responded to any call from her and if such an action of arrest was considered on her baseless complaint.

This is Mezzacappa’s original complaint, complete with her own warped sense of reality of what occurred at the meeting on Dec. 16th, 2016. The original email received by her from a Kirsten Dietert, of COPsync, Inc (including the phone number). was attached to this accusation.

This message has the same raw source data (metadata) that originated from IP 204.186.204.34. Please know that immediately after the PSP questioned Councilman Matthew Dees about threats made toward me at a meeting in December of 2016, and on his blog the next day, a similar spam/ malware email was delivered to my inbox. That email also had the exact same raw source originating IP 204.186.204.34 with a link entitled “getcarkey.com”. Should I call the PSP?

Joan Heebner called Kirsten Dietert to verify the email and sent Mezzacappa a reply:

Tricia,
I just called the number on this email and spoke to Kirsten. She verified that she sent this information to you and had been asked by another constable to send it out. I read her the whole email and she said it was all from her, at the request of another constable, Rick Porvaznik; he had asked her to send out the information to a couple different constables.

Maybe in the future you could check into these things before making accusations.

As with the false allegation of my having anything less than an Honorable Discharge, Mezzacappa offered no apology for being wrong.

Instead she chose the pivot, deflect, and conflate method of Kelly Ann Conway, throwing in her own alternative facts and more false accusations of calls and reports I never made about her. She even knowingly lied about my uploading the Constable Complaint form onto the Borough’s website, as she had previously been told who uploaded that document intended for public distribution by the County.

Due to the fact that your Council member has made false accusations about my constable work, has badgered me consistently on his blog, has trolled my windshield warnings in this Borough, has threatened me in the past, has uploaded a constable complaint form to your website, has made false complaints to the county Constable Board and to the elections office on election day via anonymous phone calls, and is in a full blown rage about his DD-214 that he will not release, this email seemed like more of the same. And to be honest, I have no secured server, that I would have to have to dial into national crime databases, therefore I am utterly shocked that an email went out this way.

When people act like rabbid (sic) animals, as does Councilman Dees, this is the outcome. In fact, the PSP offered to arrest him for me yesterday, but I asked them to wait until I had more verifiable info. In fact this other constable still has not returned my phone call about this irresponsible “click here to download” email. Other constables who should have received the same email did not, so, obviously its questionable and definitely odd.

Delete it.

Take notice in the second paragraph that she blames me and other constables for her own delusion of a non-existent malware infected email. Nothing is ever her fault and an apology can never be expected.

Finally, her two words that would have put our Borough Manager in violation of The Records Retention Act – “Delete it.”

It can’t be deleted. It is a matter of public record and became Borough business when she sent her false accusation to Borough Hall and copied others on it, including the Northampton County DA. Something she would scream about if an email from anyone else were deleted, but that’s apparently fine for her, if it prevents people from finding out her true nature, the hateful rage in her heart, and the Persecuted Personality Disorder she has.

In a way I feel guilty for not paying her rent money. I’m obviously taking up a lot of space in her head as she continues to look for a hook of some kind in the upcoming election.

Still, I continue to pray she finds peace within herself and is able to overcome her own demons that she projects onto others. I really do. If she doesn’t, I have about 9 more months of trying to ignore the harassment from somebody who seems disconnected with reality and could use psychiatric help.

She should stick with the name calling she used in the past. Fat and bald are two I can’t prove her wrong about.
