Where, oh where, has Tricia gone? She was a no-show at her trial.
Constable Tricia Mezzacappa is still facing a charge of filing a false police report back in February of 2019. The alleged false report involved her accusing a black man of pointing a gun at her head. She told the PSP she was able to pull her own weapon, taking a shot at him and missing.
As previously reported on Lehigh Valley Ramblings, Tricia Mezzacappa failed to appear at her trial on October 6th.
Following an investigation by the PSP, they determined it was just another Mezzacappa lie and filed charges. Unlike the lies she posts about people on Facebook, this one had consequences.
The evidence against her was damning, but she was afforded an opportunity to defend herself with the quite capable defense attorney, John Waldron.
Instead, she chose to run away from the judgement day she was able to put off for 1 1/2 years, giving her middle finger to the judicial system.
Yesterday Judge Koury issued an, “Order Granting Motion to Revoke/Release and Forfeit Bail,” as indicated by the latest addition on her Criminal Docket.
Also found on that docket is her defense attorney seeking to withdraw from her case.
With Mezzacappa’s $5000 unsecured bail now revoked, she is subject to arrest and additional charges for failing to appear for her trial.
Mezzacappa seems to have gone into hiding, in order to avoid wearing the orange jumpsuit she wanted to see so many others wearing. Unbelievably, her FB page, used to constantly harass and disparage those she has vendettas against, has gone silent for days.
Anyone who sees Mezzacappa, or knows her whereabouts, should immediately contact the Northampton County Sheriff’s Office at 610-829-6527.
UPDATE 11:00 AM: At approximately 9:30 am, my personal stalker and local common scold, Mezzacappa, posted a video of me driving my school bus (Creepy. Only she would want to watch me driving.) Since her only vehicle has been parked on a side street near her house, it can be assumed she is hiding inside, in an attempt to avoid arrest. The Northampton County Sheriff’s Office has been notified of her suspected location.
(For somebody who can’t pay her bills, I wonder where she found the money to pay for the video she obtained from my employer?)
