Taxpayers Won’t have To Pay For Tricia Mezzacappa’s Litigation
Neighbors, it appears we won’t have our taxes used in order to fund the Tricia Mezzacappa lawsuit train. In fact nobody in the county will have their taxes used to pay for her never ending filings that require their own paper mill.
