Taxpayers Won’t have To Pay For Tricia Mezzacappa’s Litigation

Calvin-Hobbes-Its-Not-DenialNeighbors, it appears we won’t have our taxes used in order to fund the Tricia Mezzacappa lawsuit train. In fact nobody in the county will have their taxes used to pay for her never ending filings that require their own paper mill.

According to Bernie O’Hare’s Lehigh Valley Ramblings blog, Judge McFadden heard her request to proceed as a pauper and discovered that Mezzacappa hadn’t reported all her income.

Mr. O’Hare credits my previous article with her loss in trying to pull off a fast one on the Court, but I hesitate to take the credit. I simply raised questions on this website.

Mr. O’Hare argued against her application in court, the judge asked the right questions, and Tricia Mezzacappa actually brought the entire situation to light when she complained about my article to the judge, who hadn’t seen it until she brought it to McFadden’s attention.

So, Tricia Mezzacappa can blame herself for the slam down in court, if we get technical about where the credit belongs.

As I stated, this is what I read on O’Hare’s blog, but I’m inclined to believe it.

I can only guess I’m back on her top 10 hit list now. With so many on her personal vendetta list it isn’t easy staying up in the rankings, but I understand that she needs to go after the big players in the county.

I’ve already noticed a couple of comments on Mr. O’Hare’s blog that are directed at me and are obviously from some crazy individual, so I can only imagine what is being written elsewhere.

With the $67,000 judgment against her and everything else she has brought down on herself, I’m sure she will have much to write about.
