West Easton’s Zoning Hearing Board (ZHB) is in need of a new member following the resignation of long-time member, Mr. Leon Stull.
The ZHB meets only when necessary, to hear applications seeking a variance to Zoning Ordinances.
The ZHB is independent of the West Easton Council, having its own Solicitor and does not answer to Council in its decision making.
Council does, however, select those appointed to the ZHB when a seat on the Board becomes available.
You must be a resident of West Easton to serve. Meetings normally take place at 7:00 PM, when one is required. All are welcome to apply for the position. ZHB members receive compensation of $25 per meeting.
