Lehigh Valley Ramblings, an award winning (from Keystone Press) political blog run by Bernie Ohare, posted the information I provided about the change in the primary lineup. It apparently raised the ire of one individual who saw her chances of getting elected through possible voting errors, lowered even further.

There is a brave “anonymous” individual commenting on Mr. Ohare’s post about the primary change.

This individual seems desperate for my West Easton neighbors to find an issue with me and a reason to support my opponent. I feel bad that there is nothing she can use other than name calling and false representation of facts. Last year my opponent likely paid for a background check on me and turned up a bankruptcy from 25 years ago. That report was then posted on her hate blog. Unknown to her, it is something I’ve never hidden and often tell other people how to start over, using myself as an example when explaining how to regain a good credit score. I suppose it was intended to somehow embarrass me, but it gathered little more than a yawn from everyone, including myself. All anyone needed to do was ask.

Now, a different tact is being used before the primaries are even over. Anonymous comments that twist facts into the derogatory phrase, or are just incorrect.

My providing transportation for special needs children becomes, “a driver of a short bus.”

Advocating humanely trapping the increasing feral cat population in West Easton for delivery to the ASPCA becomes, “capturing neighbors house cats.”

I’m currently the Chairman on the West Easton Zoning Hearing Board, but that becomes, “doesn’t want to serve his community.”

These, among others, aren’t surprising considering their “anonymous” signature, but if that’s the worst that is said anonymously, I’m on solid ground. The West Easton community is smart enough to separate wheat from chaff.

Let me provide just some of the wheat.

Unlike my opponent, I am employed and have passed background checks. Those checks required in obtaining clearance working with nukes while serving in the U.S. Navy, to those required to work with school children today.

I also haven’t:  been found guilty of harassing a former borough clerk and disorderly conduct at borough hall… and defamation, been fired from a job, threatened to kill our council president, written about putting a hollow-point bullet through someone’s skull, written a letter of support for accused murderer Newell Rockne, written to Wilson Borough against a police coverage contract, been reported by neighbors for using the N-word, suggested the use of a real gun instead of a taser on a high school student, called an employer with lies in an attempt to get someone fired, falsely used another’s name in support of my candidacy, placed my vehicle in hiding to prevent seizure, and am not facing arraignment for defrauding a creditor I owe more than $70,000 in a judgment against me.

Also, unlike my opponent, I actually own my home in West Easton and my website is open to the general public, rather than hidden, because I have no fear of people seeing what I write.

Yes, things could be worse. I might be insane enough to think voters would elect me to a position of trust, if my history was that of my opponent.

I’ve decided to provide help to her and I dug up a video of my interrogation by school officials, when I was just a lad. It should give her something to work with. She needs all the help she can get.
