Borough of West Easton

Please be advised that the West Easton Zoning Hearing Board will meet on Thursday, March 26, 2015 at 7:00 p.m. at the West Easton Municipal Building (Borough Hall), 237 Seventh Street, West Easton, Northampton County, Pennsylvania to consider the following application:

Appeal of Adamson Street, LLC, 54 Main Street, Easton, PA 18042, owner, and Triumvirate Environmental Inc., 200 Inner Belt Rd., Somerville, Ma. 02143, proposed tenant, for an interpretation that the short term storage of medical waste within an existing building is deemed storage or warehousing, and is permitted by right pursuant to Section 702.B of the Zoning Ordinance.

In the alternative, the applicant will seek a variance to use the property as described above, pursuant to the above section 702.B.1 and also a variance from Section 702.B.2.a, which refers to Section 1014, prohibiting a non-municipality transfer station.

All interested persons may review the appeal at Borough Hall, 237 Seventh St., West Easton, Monday-Thursday from 9:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. and appear and be heard at the hearing.
