When the Capitol Building was attacked and occupied by Trump loyalists on Wednesday, Trump made a recording hours later, telling his army of idiots, “We love you.”
Yesterday, after Trump realized he was facing the possibility of the 25th Amendment being used, Articles of Impeachment being drafted, condemnation from former allies in both the House and Senate, a possible mass resignation of cabinet and staff members, and a public disgusted by his orchestrating an act of sedition, he did his typical 180 degree turn under pressure.
A new video was released. His new message to his devoted Trumpsters was, “You will pay.”
Trump’s attempt to present himself as a president that cares is falling on deaf ears to those who know him. He cares only about himself and after his coup attempt failed, he’s turning his back on those who believed his 4 years of B.S.
Some are easy to identify. Known Neo-Nazis, militia leaders, QAnon promoters, racists, and a variety of the radical right crazies who had a social media presence and formed much of Trump’s base.
All those who Trump relied on to spread his lies, believe his conspiracy propaganda, and buy his MAGA hats are now finding out Trump used them until they were unsuccessful in his quest to remain in office.
I say these people “had” a social media presence, because many began scrubbing their accounts, when they realized Trump was throwing them under the bus to save his own ass.
Scrubbing your account of selfies and videos of yourself, you posted on the Internet, is an exercise in futility.
The most moronic of these lawless insurrectionists were those who freely gave their full names, where they came from, and what they did, to reporters on the scene, or as they live streamed to social media.
Take for example the P.O.S. pictured to the right. After the first picture was taken, this low-life talked to a reporter and bragged about being in House Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s office, displaying a letter he stole from her desk.
And who is this “Patriot,” you ask? His name is Richard Barnett. People that know him, call him Dick.
Richard Barnett of Arkansas was taken into custody Friday morning in Little Rock.
Barnett was charged with knowingly entering and remaining in restricted building grounds without authority, violent entry and disorderly conduct on Capitol grounds as well as the theft of public property, officials said.
I think my favorite imbecile is Elizabeth, below. She seems to be upset that she was maced. When you hear, in her own words, why she was maced, you’ll see why I’ll have no sympathy for her when her local police knock on her door and put her maced face in front of a judge.
Those who answered Trump’s call to fight for him will now realize what the rest of us have known.
Donald Trump only cares about Donald Trump. He doesn’t love anyone, but himself.
