West Easton Council will hold a Reorganization Meeting tonight at Borough Hall, as part of a special council meeting.
Three freshman councilmen will take their seats. Robert Lewis, Hank Nodoline, and myself (Matthew Dees) are the freshmen. Ron Nixon, who won his first election after being previously appointed the Council, will also be seated.
The remaining council members, Louis Niko, Tom Nodoline, and Dan DePaul are midway through their 4-year terms.
During the reorganization portion of the meeting Council members will vote on who will be their President, Vice President, and will also decide who will serve on the various committees.
Following the reorganization portion of the meeting all other business can be addressed and discussed by council members.
I can guarantee that there will be a discussion of some borough business that residents should be present for.
The meeting will begin at 7:00 pm.
