Tricia Mezzacappa, AKA Tricia Phillips may be succumbing to the prospect of a trial and prison time, as her Preliminary Hearing for filing a false report to Pennsylvania State Police draws closer.
With that hearing just a month away and the Vexatious Requester Law Resolution moving forward, the pressure finds her lashing out in more bizarre rants, than ever before.
Normally unhinged and irrational in her thought process, she seems to have fully locked the door to sanity, as she rants on her Facebook page with continuous posts regarding, moi.
She’s now reading things into what I’ve posted on this website that don’t exist, such as her reading, “seething anger when my administrative controls were removed” from the borough’s website.
If anyone cares to read what I actually wrote, CLICK HERE.
I don’t know how much clearer I could have made it, when I stated I was only too happy to rid myself of the responsibility I placed on myself, by volunteering to build the borough a working website in the first place.
Because our temporary Borough Manager at the time, Mr. Pete Rossi, feared being made a target of Mezzacappa’s well-known rage and disparagement, he asked if I wouldn’t mind making his life easier by him not having to deal with her. Mezzacappa was enraged that I was building a website for the borough.
For me, his request was a gift. It saved me another 100 hours of volunteer work. The appearance of the website today is not what I had planned upon completion. The borough website you see today was simply a preview of features and to make sure all was in working order, before Mezzacappa scared Mr. Rossi. It is functional, but could look much better.
Then there is that little snippet she grabbed from a post regarding Ransomeware.
“If I’m ever thrown in jail it will be because I tracked down some low-life programmer and beat him to death with my laptop.”
For anyone who wants to investigate further than Mezzacappa’s vitriol of hate, they will find context to that lone snippet in the post addressing the Ransomeware attacks that were happening at the time, when the borough was infected by TeslaCrypt.
“One of those I got, before Borough Hall got theirs. Mine turned out to be CryptX, though it called itself, RSA4069 Key, an old version of Tesla.
If I’m ever thrown in jail it will be because I tracked down some low-life programmer and beat him to death with my laptop.
Unlike EZMicro, I don’t maintain backups of my entire computer in the “Cloud,” or on an independent server. This one took meĀ 6 hours to solve and clean out of my computer.”
If you’ve ever gotten a Ransomeware infection, you probably had fantasies that went far beyond beating to death, the SOB in Yugolslavia who created it.
In that post I also provided basic instructions on how to remove some Ransomeware files and warnings of what to be suspicious of, so residents could avoid being infected in the first place.

Tricia Mezzacappa continues to swing wildly and, as always, continues to miss, hitting herself in the head. She is frankly, pitiful in her vain attempts to impugn my character. She should be concentrating on her own legal problems, lack of income, and mental health issues, instead of being a common scold and Drama Queen.
UPDATE 7/25:
On cue, Tricia Mezzacappa has posted another insane opinion regarding security cameras and has put a screenshot on her Facebook page of a post I wrote in 2016 (CLICK HERE). It seems I’m responsible for the security cameras at Borough Hall, as well. She correlates it to “spying” on residents.
The installation of field cameras at Lehigh Drive and Glendon Road locations is self explanatory in my post linked above, but let’s talk about the security cameras at Borough Hall.
The security camera system at Borough Hall was originally installed by former Council President Kelly Gross in response to her fear of Tricia Mezzacappa. It was around the same time Kelly Gross began her “Locked Door” policy and residents needed to ring a doorbell for entrance into the building. If Tricia Mezzacappa wanted entrance, staff was instructed to contact police to escort her into the building. (That policy, by the way, was one I voted to end, because I’m not afraid of the Wicked Witch of West Easton, who’s bizarre behavior was reported as far back, as 2011.)
The system allowed for two additional cameras. Those were installed following the installation of the Memorial Fountain at Monument Park, when residents raised concerns of possible vandalism. Though Mezzacappa still likes to lie that it cost $50,000, the actual price, funded entirely by grants, was approximately $18,200.
Along with cameras, it was Kelly Gross who enacted Ordinance No. 956, that dealt with use of Borough Hall and Trespassing. She enacted that ordinance in 2013, again to deal with Mezzacappa’s uncivil behavior.
So, thanks to Mezzacappa, the need to respond to her latest nonsense reminds people of why things like security cameras and ordinances exist.
Will she continue to whack herself in the head, by posting her stupidity?
Of course. She’s in her own Bizarro World.
