Considering there is nobody as stupid or immature as “Constable” Mezzacappa, aka Tricia Phillips, who has a history impersonating me, I suspect she is the nitwit behind a fake LVL account.
A new username appeared yesterday, calling themselves, “Deeznuts,” it uses one of the images of me that Mezzacappa created for use on her Facebook page.
Deeznuts is also a name Mezzacappa uses frequently when creating her childish memes that a 10 year-old would post.
No less than 16 comments have appeared in less than a day. Some use the word, “I” when making a statement that is meant to disparage me.
The comments appearing on LVL most often refer to bus driving, but also imply that I’m a drug user. “Mo’ drugs! Mo’ drugs!” was posted by “Deeznuts.”
In one story about police seeking the identity of a suspicious person near an Easton elementary school, “Deeznuts” asks the question, “anyone want a bus ride?”
All the comments have been screen captured and retained.
I have been in contact with Advanced Media, owners of the LVL website. By the end of today, I expect I will be receiving the registration information of “Deeznuts” without the need for a subpoena. Once I have the email used for registration, I can move on to the Internet Service Provider to see who the email was assigned to.
Once I have the information I need, I will decide if I want to seek a civil action, or request a criminal action.
Somebody isn’t going to lie there way out of this one.
UPDATE: At 11:35 a representative from Advanced media informed me the “Deeznuts” account was removed. They are contacting their 3rd party I.T. company for registration information.
