Common scold and Lehigh Valley malcontent, “Constable” Tricia Mezzacappa, won’t be going to court today on a charge of filing a false police report with the Pennsylvania State Police.

Mezzacappa received yet another continuance, though the rescheduled date for her trial has not been updated on her multi-page docket sheet.

Mezzacappa, who has opted for a trial by jury, may have bought another couple of months before she appears in front of a judge.

She should use the time to try and get herself a lawyer, though she does believe herself to be a Pro Se legal savant in court.

Justice moves slowly, but eventually Mezzacappa won’t be able to delay the inevitable.
