Constable Tricia Mezzacappa got another week of reprieve to waste time on her Facebook page of hate, before needing to face a Judge.

The snowstorm that will last into Tuesday found it necessary for the Court to move her trial date from February 2, to next Tuesday, February 9.

She faces the charge of Filing a False Police Report with the Pennsylvania State Police when she said a black man pointed a gun at her head and she fired her weapon. The PSP and DA’s office will be submitting evidence to the contrary.

It must have been quite a spell she conjured up from her boiling caldron to create the snowstorm. The area is expected to get 16″-20″ of snow.

I think she went a little heavy with the Eye Of Newt. Maybe it was the Balls of Moth.

Despite the snowfall amount, we’ll still be shoveling less snow, than what she’ll be shoveling at her trial.

UPDATE: Mezzacappa’s trial has been delayed once more. It is now scheduled for March 1st.
