Developer Abe Atiyeh’s company, West Easton Two, LP will be heard at another Conditional Use Hearing on his proposed 176-bed treatment center.

The public hearing will take place on July 8, 2019 at Borough Hall, 237 Seventh Street, West Easton, with a start time of 6:30 PM.

This will be the third hearing held on the treatment center. The first hearing seeking a permit, which was held on January 8th of this year, was unanimously denied by Council.

A second hearing followed on May 14th with proposed changes. The permit was denied by the majority of Council in a 6-1 decision.

The upcoming Conditional Use Hearing will present additional changes to the previous permit applications in an effort to meet zoning requirements.

West Easton Two, LP seeks to develop and occupy an existing building located at 92 main Street for the proposed treatment center.
