President Barack Obama gave an extended speech today that was supposed to be a major overhaul to some of the National Security Agency’s most disputed surveillance operations seven months after they were first exposed. January 15th has come and gone. That’s the deadline businesses are given to have your income reports done and mailed to you, so that you can prepare your tax returns and send them to the IRS by April 15th.

Threat of West Easton Flooding Recedes With Ice Jam

Lehigh Drive in West Easton has been closed for days due to the ice jam that raised water levels and created an ice skating rink on the roadway.

Last night, a car somehow made it’s way through the “road closed” signs and into the flooded roadway, ending up in about 4 feet of water. The female driver was not injured in the incident. Continue reading
