Yesterday morning I received word from DA Morganelli’s office that my criminal complaint of harassment against Tricia Mezzacappa has been approved. The day was a real pleasure as I looked forward to having Mezzacappa face a judge.

However, yesterday evening less pleasurable. I needed to address the Council and set the record straight.
