Seemingly in never-ending delays to face trial, charged with falsely reporting  a black male pointed a gun at her head, apparent racist Constable Tricia Mezzacappa got another reprieve in having justice meted out to her.

She was scheduled for trial on June 22nd, moved from a date in May.

Now, she won’t see a Judge until September 1st. Not only is Lady Justice blind, but apparently could die of old age before Mezzacappa goes on trial.

To refresh everyone’s memory, her impending trial comes about from an incident that occurred way back on February 11, 2019, following a dispute with a black neighbor.

Following an investigation, Mezzacappa was charged with  making false report to the PSP, in which she apparently tried to frame her black neighbor, following an argument about his car exhaust.

The man was going out to the store to get milk for his baby. Mezzacappa, who believes herself to be the enforcer over beeping taxis and loud mufflers, took exception to the man’s exhaust.

Her action is reminiscent of the recent incident involving the racist Central Park woman with an unleashed dog who called police with a false report accusing an “African-American man” of threatening her, when the man simply asked her to leash her pet as required by park rules.

Unlike the dog walker who reported being “threatened,” Mezzacappa’s fantasy story was much more dangerous and filled with false bravado.

According to Mezzacappa, with a gun pointed at her head, she was able to draw her own weapon and fired a round at the black man (missing him, despite her past claims of Annie Oakley accuracy).

Thankfully, the PSP aren’t as ignorant as Mezzacappa.

Her belief that a white woman accusing a black man of a crime against her would be taken at face value, as if this were Mississippi in 1950, didn’t go as she planned.

Multiple PSP Troopers responded, but instead of putting a knee to the neck of her neighbor for 9 minutes, they did a full and proper investigation, canvassing the neighborhood, policing the area looking for a shell casing from Mezzacappa’a weapon, and sending her weapon to a lab for analysis.

Her interview by PSP, in which she admitted she had been drinking and her written statements which were indicative of someone who had lost sense of reality, will undoubtedly be brought up in court. Her first one was so bizarre, the PSP had her write a second one.

Like the racist dog walker, Mezzacappa’s story was obvious BS. There were more holes in her story than the contents of Dunkin Donuts shop.

Not surprisingly, local mainstream media outlets kept silent.

Though a “Law Enforcement Officer” had been brought up on charges that indicated an apparent racist had tried to frame a black man, the newspapers and TV news didn’t think it worthy (a previous police report in an unrelated incident had witnesses confirming Mezzacappa using the “N-word,” and referencing “the projects” during an argument with a black neighbor).

Mezzacappa should put her additional 10 weeks before trial to good use. She can post images of Dr. Martin Luther King and George Floyd on her Facebook page in an attempt to convince people she isn’t a racist.

Like the PSP, people aren’t as stupid as she thinks they are. If it talks like a racist and acts like a racist, it’s probably Constable Mezzacappa.
