Today I received a phishing email (supposedly from Capital One). It reminded me that there are still many people who are fooled by them and continue to lose money to Internet thieves, or have their computers compromised.

The man that failed West Easton Council and Northampton County Council candidate, Tricia Mezzacappa, supported in a letter to The Express Times is sitting in prison awaiting trial for the murder of three innocent people. Rockne Newell shot them in the cowardly fashion of an ambush, while they attended a township meeting, according to authorities and multiple witnesses. Continue reading
I thought this story was an Internet joke when I first read it. A children’s Bouncy Castle became airborne near Syracuse, NY and injured 3 children, with 2 boys still in the hospital in stable, but serious condition. The boys fell out of the castle at a height of 15′-20′, with a third child having fallen out at a lower height and suffered minor injuries. The Bouncy Castle is said to have reached a height of 50′ and finally came down in a schoolyard. Continue reading
