Not yet, but it may have to be done, because Easton is tired of dealing with a resident of West Easton. West Easton has until the end of 2013 to find new police protection, as per Easton Mayor, Sal Panto.
Having attended the West Easton Borough Council Meeting on August 12th, the Mayor and Council discussed the fact that Easton will be terminating their police service to West Easton. A service they have provided over much of the last 20 years, but now feel it is in their own best interest not to renew the contract.
