Constable Tricia Mezzacappa, who has in the past, falsely presented herself as an, “Independent Journalist,” plagiarized the works of catholic.com, along with numerous other transgressions too long to list fully, can now add copyright infringement and content misrepresentation to her list of transgressions.

Mezzacappa has for years, copied my posts, uploaded them to ScribD.com, and titled them with false descriptions of content. All under her false persona of, “Tricia Phillips.”

Despite clear notice provided under this website’s Terms of Service, Mezzacappa has continuously violated those terms of service and copyright law.

This isn’t Facebook, where posts aren’t subject to property rights.

It isn’t the first time a person has reprinted what I’ve written, but the common courtesy given by those who post other’s writings on the internet, is to provide a clickable link back to the originating site.

ScribD has removed the stolen content from her account and I expect that the same will be done with the pages she copied and uploaded to ScribD, from Lehigh Valley Live and Lehigh Valley Ramblings, without permission from those online sites.

ScribD.com has a strict policy regarding copyright violations by those who use their service, including closing a violator’s account should it be repeated.

She can now concentrate on her Temp Position working at Home Depot stocking shelves 16 hours each week. Though I hear she isn’t making any friends, she has lasted more than her typical week at any job.

I wonder if they know her history of racist comments found in past police reports and her pending trial of filing a false police report with the PSP?
