Just a reminder that a new Conditional Use Hearing for a treatment center will be heard by Council tomorrow evening at the Municipal Building, located at 237 Seventh Street. The meeting will begin at 6:30 PM.
West Easton Two, LP, a company owned by developer Abe Atiyeh, was denied approval for a treatment center in a previous Conditional Use Hearing. He is currently appealing that ruling.
The proposed treatment center would be located on the former Chipman Mills property.
This new application has been submitted with some changes from the first one heard. As a new application, testimony and evidence must be presented again.
Residents are encouraged to attend.
