West Easton’s official website, www.westeastonborough.com, has a new addition, providing information that falls under public domain.
Along the borough’s website header menu is a link to a page titled, “Right To Know Law.” The page will not only provide you with RTKL policy, contact information, and a form to use, but on the right sidebar of the page you can now see the complete list of RTK request forms submitted to the borough since January of this year.
Listed in descending order, starting with the most recent date, each is linked to the RTK request form submitted and the information sought from the borough. Many of the forms contain separate requests for information within them.
Additional RTK forms submitted for information will be added, as they are received.
Champions for transparency should be pleased, as it shows the hard work that our Borough Manager/Right To Know Officer puts forth in meeting deadlines for responding to the requests of information.
