To Catch A Thief (Videos)

I previously wrote about the thefts from unlocked cars in West Easton, during the early morning hours of June 7th.

I finally got my flash drive back from the PA State Police. This video and another was given to the PSP for them to copy off the flash drive. I’m having a problem downloading the 2nd camera recording, but will update this post when I find a solution.

White male with possible facial hair, 5’8″ – 5’10”, slender build, large tan hikers backpack with possible bed mat below, light colored boonie hat with band.
Remember to lock your car doors at night!

You can get your own Defender Home Security Camera System HERE. It’s worth the small investment.

UPDATE 4:00 pm: The video from the other camera has been added. I apologize for the watermark. The file on the flash drive was corrupted and would not download completely. I had to play it on my computer off the flash drive and capture the video with a trial software program.

UPDATE 6/12/15: An individual was apprehended for breaking into cars by Forks Township Police early this morning. He may be the individual seen on the videos. I contacted a State Trooper, who said they were unaware of the arrest, but would reach out to Forks Township for more information.

Jeffrey J. Rompilla, of the 400 block of West Berwick Street, is charged with two counts each of theft from a motor vehicle, criminal conspiracy, criminal mischief and loitering and prowling at nighttime. His photo is below the videos.
