Polish American Club Buyer Seeks Variance For Screen Printing Business

paclubA Zoning Appeal Hearing will be held on Thursday, October 29, 2015 at 7:00 pm, at the West Easton Municipal Building.

The following application will be considered:

Appeal of Paul M. Zingone, equitable owner of the former Polish American Club at 308 5th St., Parcel # M9NW2A 11 7 0835, Zoning District ‘A’ Residence Use.

Applicant seeks the following: Sections refer to Zoning Ordinance.

Special Exception to change a former lawful non-conforming use (Polish American Club) to another non-conforming use, a ‘Screen Printing Business’, Sections 1203.B and 1407.J.

Applicant also seeks a variance from off street parking requirements, Section 1112. Presently, no off-street parking exists on the lot.
