One Plow Truck Fixed And A Thank You To Wilson Borough

I received confirmation that the older of the two West Easton trucks has been repaired, road tested, and back in service as of 4:00pm today.

The other truck is still at the dealer for repair of a wheel joint with broken knuckles. No word yet, on when it will be back in service.

West Easton thanks Wilson Borough for the use of one of their older trucks while ours were being repaired.

We had the truck shortly after both of ours went down. It was an example of the “Buddy System” that communities perform in cooperation with each other, when one community is in need of assistance.

We owe ‘em one.

Sadly, a resident of West Easton, who is apparently dissatisfied with the makeup of the new council, called Wilson to complain about their truck being in our borough to help us out. Yes, there is caller ID, but who it was is less important than why they called to complain.

The new Council continues to move forward, despite the road blocks thrown before it.
