Jill,

Please know that I am very pleased to withdraw both of these actions (Petition for Declaratory Judgment, and Contempt of Court, in re: Mezzacappa v West Easton Borough). Our voters yesterday handily solved the problem, therefore court intervention is no longer needed, as it should never have been needed in the first place. I decided months ago that no punishment from the court would actually and finally  solve the West Easton contempt problem, or the multiple issues I complained of in my Declaratory pleading. The only way to solve it was to effect the voting public with an outcry for the ousting of our Council President. Its done. Praecipe for withdraw coming soon.

As such, the court will be relieved from hearing these matters, because the court of public opinion (West Easton voters) heard it loud and clear, and gave me the most sought after relief that anyone could hope for.  The 24 year reign of terror has ended.
