A Recovery Clinic In West Easton Discussed

recoveryAs most know, there will be no Charter School in West Easton. The idea of a Charter School came to an end when Wilson School District squashed the idea.

A new proposal has been put forward to the Borough Council by the owner of the same property. The owners’ lawyer appeared before the Council and like a good salesman, referred to it as a, “hospital.” That perked my ears up, but it soon became apparent that he uses the word, “hospital,” a bit loosely in my opinion. West Easton To Install Own Police Protection – Maybe

Not yet, but it may have to be done, because Easton is tired of dealing with a resident of West Easton. West Easton has until the end of 2013 to find new police protection, as per Easton Mayor, Sal Panto.

Having attended the West Easton Borough Council Meeting on August 12th, the Mayor and Council discussed the fact that Easton will be terminating their police service to West Easton. A service they have provided over much of the last 20 years, but now feel it is in their own best interest not to renew the contract. Continue reading
